五校一家，同行致远。作为北美历史最悠久的也是最大的华人校友会之一，多年来校友会一直致力于服务五交校友，努力做到新老校友的薪火相承。

什么是Mentorship Program？

CTUAAA Mentorship Program (校友传承计划) 是一个职业辅导项目，也是第十二届交通大学美洲峰会的系列活动之一。我们希望通过老校友的帮助和指导，帮助到在北美刚刚步入或者即将步入职场的年轻校友，让他们能在职业上能够更快的起步，获得一个更高的起点。

如何参加项目？

有兴趣参与的校友们会根据自身的情况和需求，申请Mentor和Mentee两个角色。我们会根据大家填写的申请信息来进行Mentor和Mentee之间的匹配。这个项目会持续一年，但是校友们从中培养中的情谊也许会贯穿人生。
 
我们希望参加这个项目的Mentor和Mentee能够以面对面或者线上的形式进行沟通，进行职业指导。校友会会在项目开始前组织一个线上的Kick-off会议，来相互介绍Mentor和Mentee认识。因为这个是一个完全自愿的校友互助项目，所以希望参加的校友们能够互相理解、互相尊重，在职业上互帮互助，饮水思源，连接校友情谊。

为什么要成为Mentor?

• 帮助年轻校友在职业上有更好的发展

• 回报母校，凝聚校友力量
• 获得更多的行业资源

为什么要成为Mentee?

• 从行业经验丰富的学长学姐那里学习到职场经验
• 接触更多的行业资源和人脉
• 让交大校友的身份，帮你更快在职业上起步

如何申请成为Mentor?

• 我们希望您成为Mentor之后，能够和跟您匹配的Mentee校友，在职业发展的话题上每4-8周进行一次线下或者线上的沟通。
• 成为Mentor要求：
☞ 推荐至少有3-5年的行业经验

1. How the Mentorship Program works:
• Applicants looking to be mentored (Mentees) and Mentors are matched and encouraged to develop a mutually beneficial relationship
• The program runs for one year but relationships developed could last a lifetime
2. Why Mentor?
• Coach, motivate and empower a person eager to learn from your experience
• Give back to the CTUer community
• Gain valuable leadership skills
• Network with leaders and future leaders in your industry
3. Why Mentee?
• Learn from the wisdom of a more seasoned professional
• Benefit from access to an experienced sounding board on career-related issues
• Attend events tailored to career development and networking
4. Details:
The mentor and mentee are expected meet face-to-face or online multiple times in the Mentorship Program. In addition, CTUAAA will host a Kick-off Meeting for the Mentors and Mentees signed up for this program. Once matches are made at the Kick-off Meeting, Mentees and Mentors will mutually make an effort to communicate on a consistent basis, developing a professional and personal relationship and friendship.
5. Application Forms
a. Mentor Application
During the program mentors are expected to meet in person with their mentees every 4-8 weeks.

√ Recommended to have at least 3 - 5 years of experience

Placement in the program is through an application process.  The CTUAAA will match you with a mentor at the initial meeting.
