It is with great sorrow that we announce the untimely passing of Ms. Angela Chao, our Honorary President of Chiao Tung University Alumni Foundation in America (CTUAFA) and Mrs Ruth Mulan Chu Chao and Dr James SC Chao Fund of Chiao Tung University Alumni in America (CTUAAA).
Angela's dedication to CTUAAA and her leadership within the Foremost Group were unparalleled. She was a visionary, philanthropist, and advocate for sustainable practices, leaving a legacy of compassion, innovation, and service.
Angela's contributions to our community and her pioneering role as a woman in leadership will forever be remembered. Her commitment to education, the arts, and fostering connections between East and West exemplified her exceptional character and dedication to making a difference.
We extend our deepest sympathies to the Chao family and all who knew Angela. As we mourn her loss, we also celebrate her remarkable life and contributions. Let us honor her memory by continuing to support the values and causes she championed.
