五校一家，同行致远。作为北美历史最悠久的也是最大的华人校友会之一，多年来校友会一直致力于服务五交校友，努力做到新老校友的薪火相承。
CTUAAA校友传承计划是一个职业辅导项目，也是第十二届交通大学美洲峰会的系列活动之一。我们希望通过老校友的帮助和指导，帮助到在北美刚刚步入或者即将步入职场的年轻校友，让他们能在职业上能够更快的起步，获得一个更高的起点。
有兴趣参与的校友们会根据自身的情况和需求，申请Mentor和Mentee两个角色。我们会根据大家填写的申请信息来进行Mentor和Mentee之间的匹配。这个项目会持续一年，但是校友们从中培养中的情谊也许会贯穿人生。
我们希望参加这个项目的Mentor和Mentee能够以面对面或者线上的形式进行沟通，进行职业指导。校友会会在项目开始前组织一个线上的Kick-off会议，来相互介绍Mentor和Mentee认识。因为这个是一个完全自愿的校友互助项目，所以希望参加的校友们能够互相理解、互相尊重，在职业上互帮互助，饮水思源，连接校友情谊。

如何申请成为Mentor?
我们希望您成为Mentor之后，能够和跟您匹配的Mentee校友，在职业发展的话题上每4-8周进行一次线下或者线上的沟通。

o 推荐有至少5年的行业经验

1. How the Mentorship Program works:
· Applicants looking to be mentored (Mentees) and Mentors are matched and encouraged to develop a mutually beneficial relationship.
· The program runs for one year but relationships developed could last a lifetime.
2. Why Mentor?

Learn from the wisdom of a more seasoned professional

4. Details:
The mentor and mentee are expected meet face-to-face or online multiple times in the Mentorship Program. In addition, CTUAAA will host a Kick Off Meeting for the Mentors and Mentees signed up for this program. Once matches are made at the Kick Off Meeting, Mentees and Mentors will mutually make an effort to communicate on a consistent basis, developing a professional and personal relationship and friendship.

a. Mentor Application
During the program mentors are expected to meet in person with their apprentices every 4-8 weeks. The program runs from January – December 2022.

√ Recommended to have 5+ years of experience

Placement in the program is through an application process. The CTUAAA will match you with a mentor at the initial meeting. The program runs from January – December 2022.
